Welcome to Legal Concepts:   Please allow me the opportunity to introduce myself and provide you with the background of this company.  I started working in the legal industry in the Sacramento region back in 1986!   I earned my Juris Doctor degree from Lincoln Law School in 1999.  Over four years ago, I began teaching college level legal classes including civil litigation, employment law, ethics and legal terminology.  I was also a key developer in the on line legal curriculum.    Over the years, I was afforded the opportunity to work in many areas of law including civil litigation, complex litigation, appellate law, employment law, business law, family law, criminal law, and the like.  I recognized that I enjoyed the wide range of law that attorneys practiced and found that I did not want to limit myself to one area.  I also found that I enjoyed doing the "background" work for attorneys and working with them as a team to do the best job possible on their cases.  It was for those reasons that I decided to create a business in 2002 that could cater to the ever changing needs of lawyers in the Sacramento and surrounding areas.   Some of our clients use us on their more "work-intensive" cases to do pre-litigation research and investigation, litigation assistance, and trial preparation.  These clients have the advantage of having a "partner" from start to finish in a case that may otherwise be overwhelming for one person to keep track of.  Other clients of ours have us come to their office on a regularly scheduled basis to pick up whatever work needs to be completed and the work is returned the next week or by the deadline assigned.
